Mohammad Kamran has over 14 years’ experience dealing with all types of property transactions and is known for his efficient and professional manner. During his time at the firm, Mohammad has dealt with over 3000 sales and purchases across the city, often in some of Birmingham’s major developments, such as the now iconic Rotunda and the Mailbox.
Having been with Sehgal & Co for the whole of his legal career, he can confidently deal with every aspect of buying or selling your home. As Head of the Conveyancing Department he was instrumental in securing the firm’s accreditation on to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Mohammad is sympathetic to clients’ needs and knows home buying it is the most expensive transaction most people ever make. He makes the process easy, by keeping clients fully informed and clearly explaining what needs to be done, ensuring the conveyancing process is as stress-free as possible.
