Harjit Saini is a long-standing member of the Sehgal’s personal injury team, having joined the firm over 23 years ago.
As part of the personal injury team, he is involved in resolving complex cases and working to support clients who have suffered traumas, accidents and injuries, through no fault of their own. Clients might have been injured in a road traffic accident, accident at work or had a slip, trip or fall.
He has particular experience of working for clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents. Whatever the problem, it is very probable that Harjit will have faced the situation before, and know how to address the problem, particularly if it’s a serious case.
